The labor law has no special regulations on the work and vacation time of firefighters. But if you think the working hours are unreasonable, you can sue. However, the "Labor Law" allows working hours for special types of work such as shift work.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Provisions of the State Council on Working Hours of Employees, the standard working hours system of eight hours a day and forty hours a week shall be implemented. However, if some enterprises cannot implement the standard working hours system due to the nature of work and production characteristics, they shall implement the six-day working system on the basis of ensuring that the working hours of workers do not exceed eight hours a day and the average working hours do not exceed forty hours a week.

According to Article 41 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the conditions for an employer to extend the working hours of workers are: first, the needs of production and operation; Second, procedures must be negotiated with trade unions and workers before overtime; Third, overtime hours must comply with the law, that is, generally no more than one hour per day; If it is necessary to extend the working hours for special reasons, it shall not exceed three hours per day under the condition of ensuring the health of the workers; The total hours per month shall not exceed 36 hours.
