Step 1: Use WeChat to search for the official WeChat account of "Shanghai Huangpu Medical Examination Station Service Station", and then click Follow;

Step 2: Then enter and click "Physical Examination Appointment" in the menu bar;

Step 3: Then enter and click "Next";

Step 4: Enter the reading reservation notice and click "Next";

Step 5: Then enter, check the processing materials, improve the information of medical appointment, and click "Confirm Appointment" to make an appointment.

Special instructions:

1. Please bring the original ID card and related materials to the station for physical examination as scheduled. The official seal of the unit must be affixed. Note: The official seal, invoice seal, business seal, contract seal and acceptance seal are invalid.

2. Property cleaning, security, housekeeping, etc. Do not enjoy free preventive physical examination. If the employer needs to apply for health certificates for the above-mentioned personnel, please pay in other hospitals in Huangpu District, such as Huangpu Branch of Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Huangpu District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and Shanghai Ruijin Rehabilitation Hospital.

3. This site does not provide health check-ups for foreigners and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

There is no need to come to the station for physical examination on an empty stomach.

5. Show the application code (green) on the same day, fill in the undertaking of epidemiological investigation, and take the temperature. Only when the body temperature is normal can you enter the station for physical examination.
