5. Obtain a master's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have been engaged in property management for 2 years;

6. Get a doctorate in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and engage in property management 1 year;

7. Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications and degrees in other majors will have their working years and working years in property management increased by 2 years.
