1. Both the property management company and the owner have the obligation to prevent fire safety. Owners cannot use fire-fighting facilities improperly, and the property has the obligation of regular inspection;

2. This problem should be complained to the property, reflecting the improper use of this fire door. The property company will persuade the owner's behavior according to the fire safety responsibility book and the temporary management agreement.
