The establishment, alteration or cancellation of sub-district offices shall be proposed by the District People's Government and reported to the Municipal People's Government for approval. (three) to assist the relevant departments to do a good job in the management and service of the foreign population and the rental of houses to the foreign population;

(five) responsible for social security, yongjunyoushu, social relief, social welfare, recruitment and other management and service work;

(seven) other duties that should be performed. Eleventh street offices shall perform the following duties of community service:

Sub-district offices may hold joint community meetings attended by relevant units in their respective jurisdictions to discuss and coordinate community construction and community services. Twelfth street offices to guide the community residents committee to do the following work:
