The first-class hot work permit shall be filled in by the person in charge of project fire prevention work, with safety technical measures attached, and submitted to the company's supervisor and local fire department for review and approval before hot work can be carried out.

2. Second-level hot work approval: The second-level hot work application shall be submitted four days in advance, and the longest approval period shall be three days. After the expiration, a new license shall be issued. For second-level hot work, the project manager shall fill in the hot work permit with safety technical measures, and submit it to the competent department of the company for examination and approval before hot work can be started.

3. Three-level hot work approval: Three-level hot work applicants should submit it three days in advance, and the longest approval period is seven days. After the expiration of the validity period, the license should be reissued, otherwise it belongs to unlicensed hot work. The third-level hot work certificate shall be filled in by the subcontractor and submitted to the responsible engineer, who shall apply for hot work. After on-site verification by the project safety supervision department and safety department, hot work shall be approved by the production manager.

In what department is the heat certificate handled?

The hot certificate shall be handled by the local fire department. The hot work permit shall be handled by the project leader of the unit where the hot work is located. Safety measures shall be put forward by the hot work unit, the construction unit shall be responsible for the implementation of safety measures, and the production unit shall make arrangements for safety measures. When hot work is carried out in public places and inflammable and explosive pipe racks, the person in charge of the construction unit shall apply for a hot work permit, and the safety measures shall be reviewed by the production unit in the region and approved by the safety or fire department of the hot work unit. The production units in the area are responsible for the analysis of hot work.

The construction unit shall bear the following responsibilities for the quality and safety of fire control construction:

(three) to establish a responsibility system for fire safety in the construction site and determine the person responsible for fire safety. Strengthen the fire education and training of construction personnel, and implement the fire management system and operation procedures for hot work, electricity consumption and flammable and combustible materials. Ensure fire exits, fire water sources, fire facilities and equipment, fire safety signs, etc. The project under construction is in good condition and effective before completion and acceptance.
