1983 The Huangtugang Commune in Fengtai District and Xincun Street in Fengtai District were abolished, and the Huangtugang District Office in Fengtai District (located in Fengtai Xincun) was established, covering 12 townships and the newly established Fengtai Xincun Town (located in Jiafan Village in Fengtai District). 1987, Huangtugang District in Fengtai District was abolished, and Xincun Street in Fengtai District was analyzed, taking Xincun Town in Fengtai District as its administrative area.
