1. Transfer from unit to individual:

New users need to fill in the "Application Form for Settlement Water Meter Migration", and unit users need to affix the official seal of the unit and carry a copy of their personal ID card;

Note: the secondary pump house in high-rise residential area can only be handed over after it is handed over; If the user can carry a copy of the real estate license, the unit may not affix the official seal.

2. Transfer between units:

The new unit shall fill in the application for the transfer of settlement water meters, and both parties shall affix their official seals, the special entrustment agreement of the same city (in triplicate) and the power of attorney of the same city (in triplicate), and the new unit shall affix its official seal, financial seal and legal person seal.

Note: If the new user is a property management company, both parties shall sign a letter of commitment and affix their official seals. If the new unit does not use bank collection payment, it must submit a written application for cash payment, which can only be accepted after the approval of the leader.
