Who pays the property fee to sue the owner's lawyer fee?

The lawyer's fee shall be paid by the party requesting the lawyer. However, in civil and commercial cases, when one party becomes the defendant, if a lawyer is hired to defend it, and the plaintiff wins the case (the law supports one party to repay the necessary expenses paid by the other party for the trial of the case), the plaintiff may be required to pay this fee.

Article 29 of the Measures for Payment of Litigation Fees shall be borne by the losing party, unless the winning party voluntarily bears it. If the case is partially won or partially lost, the people's court shall decide the amount of litigation costs borne by the parties according to the specific circumstances of the case. * * * If the parties lose the case, the people's court shall decide the amount of litigation expenses to be borne by each party according to the interest relationship between the parties and the litigation object.
