The property company took over from the previous property or industry Committee.

According to the Property Acceptance Management Regulations of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, if there are no major problems, a tripartite joint meeting can be held to handle the acceptance procedures, that is, the handover site information of the previous property, the industry committee and the newly-occupied property, inventory the equipment and facilities, test the operation status of the equipment and solve the remaining problems. The early property is handed over to the industry Committee first, and then the industry Committee hands over the management right to the newly acquired property.
