1. If the house is vacant, you can enjoy a 30% discount on the property fee, but you cannot refuse to pay the property fee.

2. If the house has been vacant for 5 months, or the owner has lived intermittently, then the property fee cannot be discounted.

3. If the house is vacant for several months, you can enjoy a 30% discount on the property fee for several months.

Third, after the death of the owner, is the property fee still being collected?

1. If the owner does not leave a will, it is determined that the heirs will inherit the property in the legal succession order. Heirs need to pay property fees. Property companies have no right to sell houses.

2. The owner shall pay the property service fee or property service fund in full and on time in accordance with the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee or the property service fund, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement.

3. When the property right is transferred, the owner or property user shall settle the property service fee or property service fund.
