Second, the person in charge of fire prevention should always educate the users of this unit to establish fire prevention awareness, master the common sense of safe electricity use, and supervise the decoration construction unit to decorate this unit according to the requirements of fire control.

Three, bring your own necessary fire extinguishing equipment (such as fire extinguishers), regular inspection and maintenance, and before the end of the validity period or after use, timely replacement or filling of fire extinguishing agent.

Fourth, the unit users are often trained in fire fighting knowledge and escape and self-help skills in case of fire, so that the unit users can master and use the equipped fire fighting facilities and equipment.

5. Regularly check and summarize the internal fire control work of this unit, and actively cooperate with relevant fire departments and XXX Property Management Office (service center) to check and supervise the fire control work of this unit.

Six, have the obligation to participate in and mobilize unit users to participate in fire drills and publicity activities organized by the fire department and the property management office (service center).

Seven, in case of emergency, organize to put out the initial fire and guide the personnel to evacuate safely, and obey the unified command of the on-site command when the fire occurs.

Eight, have the responsibility to protect the scene of the fire accident, assist the property management office (service center) and the fire department to investigate the cause of the fire.

Nine, this responsibility shall take effect from the date of signing, until the unit changes its business. If the business owner changes the responsible person, this responsibility letter shall be signed separately. If the letter of responsibility is not re-signed, the original responsible person shall still bear all the responsibilities determined in this letter of responsibility.

X this responsibility letter is made in duplicate, one for the responsible person and one for the record of the property management office (service center).
