1, house inspection

Before starting work, you must know something about the basic situation of the house, such as the flatness of the wall, ground and top, whether the original pipes, water and electricity meters and gas meters are normal, the hollowing rate of the wall and ground, and the verticality of the yin and yang angles. All these need to be checked during the disclosure. Do a closed water test to test whether it is waterproof, blocked, unobstructed and so on. Including doors and windows and other facilities, but also to personally check whether it is in good condition. The problems found in the disclosure should be signed by both parties for confirmation, so that the owner can first understand what impact these problems have on the later construction and future life.
