The condition for using the maintenance fund for house maintenance is 1. The application for using the maintenance fund requires the consent of more than two thirds of the owners.

Twelfth "People's Republic of China (PRC) property management regulations" can take the form of collective discussion or written comments; However, there should be owners whose exclusive parts account for more than half of the total construction area and more than half of the total number of owners in the property management area.

The owners' meeting decides the matters specified in Item (5) and Item (6) of Article 11 of this Ordinance, which shall be agreed by the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than two-thirds of the total building area and more than two-thirds of the total number; Other matters stipulated in Article 11 of these regulations shall be decided by the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than half of the total building area and more than half of the total number of people.

2, the main purpose of the maintenance fund:

If there is an industry committee in the community, the industry committee is the first applicant; There is no industry Committee, and if there is property, the property is the first applicant; If there are none, resident representatives with more than 3 people can apply.

3. The applicant shall submit the following materials:

(1) application form for the use of special housing maintenance funds;

(two) maintenance, renewal and transformation plan;

(3) written confirmation results of maintenance, renewal and transformation schemes;

(4) proof of publicity;

(five) maintenance, renovation and renovation project budget consultation report;

(six) the results of bidding or comparison to determine the construction unit;

(seven) the valid identity documents of the applicant and the agent.
