Is there a charge for secondary pressurization?

According to the Notice of the General Office of the Provincial People's Government on Forwarding the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other departments on cleaning up and standardizing the implementation plan of urban water supply, power supply, gas supply and heating industry charges to promote the high-quality development of the industry (Qian Fu Ban Han [202 1] No.92), the secondary water supply pressurization fee will not be charged after March 20221.

Legal analysis: According to Article 12 of the Urban Water Conservation Regulations and Article 44, paragraph 1, and Article 51 of the Property Management Regulations, the water supply fee is charged to the end users, and the operation and maintenance of the secondary water supply facilities and equipment are borne by the water supply enterprises, and the secondary pressurization fee is formulated by the water supply enterprises.

Legal basis: Article 44 of the Regulations on Property Management. Within the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users.

The realty service enterprise shall not charge additional fees such as handling fees to the owners if it accepts the entrusted collection of money.
