Full name of Liaoshen Bank

The full name of the bank is Liaoshen Bank Co., Ltd.

Liaoshen Bank is a provincial-level city commercial bank newly established by Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and provincial government to promote Liaoning's new round of revitalization, improve the modern financial system, support high-standard and high-quality equity and venture capital events in Liaoning, and integrate the resources of city commercial banks in the province.

Liaoshen Bank, formerly known as Shenyang Commercial Bank, was established in May 1997 and is a local joint-stock commercial bank. 20 17 Shenyang Municipal Government decided to transform Shenyang Commercial Bank into Liaoning Zhenxing Bank Co., Ltd., positioning itself as a financial institution serving the real economy and supporting the development of small and micro enterprises and private enterprises.
