You are the first person to buy it.

Second-hand houses can be moved in if you buy them, and you can rent them even if you don't move in. There will be a room with your name printed on it soon after the transaction, and the quality of the house will be clear at a glance, and so on. However, there will be taxes on second-hand houses, which is unavoidable for every customer who considers second-hand houses.

Third: the choice of Dongmao International and Chaobai people, to put it bluntly, mainly depends on your requirements for community quality and apartment type. The quality of Dongmao International is higher, such as the separation of people and vehicles. White hipsters don't have these. Chaobai people's apartment is relatively good, such as a two-bedroom apartment with transparent north and south. This is not available in Dongmao International's two-bedroom apartment.
