Is the measurement area equal to the usable area?

Metered area is not equal to usable area. Usable area refers to the area of commercial housing that can be pre-sold and sold after obtaining the pre-sale permit of commercial housing. It is the approved pre-sale area, including the area of commercial housing that has been pre-sold and is being pre-sold.

The calculated area of floor area ratio is the calculated floor area ratio. Generally speaking, the usable area is smaller than the measurement area.
