What information do I need to bring when I hand over the house?

1. Information required for delivery.

You need to bring four basic documents: ID card and its copy, real estate license, house purchase contract and marriage certificate, and you need to prepare photos (1 inch or 2 inches), house purchase receipt, loan contract and first suite certificate.

2. Handle the delivery process:

(1) First, at the time arranged in the occupancy notice, go through the closing formalities with relevant certificates and materials.

(2) There are special receptionists to check the originals of the Residential Quality Guarantee, the Residential Instruction Manual and the Construction Project Completion Acceptance Record Form (that is, two books and one table).

(3) Then, inspect the house and fill in the house acceptance form. If problems are found during the house inspection, the developer needs to rectify the reasonable requirements put forward by the owner until the owner is satisfied. Any expenses incurred during this period shall be borne by the developer. In addition, the employer shall bear all the liabilities for breach of contract for delayed delivery.

(4) Sign the Supplementary Agreement on Settlement of Measured Area of Commercial Housing.

(5) The developer delivers the door key to the owner.

(6) After completing the above formalities, issue a notice of check-in formalities and go through the owner registration with the property management company.
