Brief introduction of Xianning osmanthus city project

Xianning Guihua City Project is located at the intersection of Yong 'an Avenue, Wenbi Road and Yinquan Avenue in Xian 'an District. Yinquan Avenue is an important traffic artery connecting hot spring area and Xian 'an area, and it is also the only way for Xianning entrance and exit of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. As the landscape axis in the residential area, the main axis of the structure connects the residential groups in a dendritic mode and pedestrian streamline, which strengthens the leisure, landscape and privacy of the residential area.

Adopting linear spatial form mode, applying linear design techniques in architectural layout, spatial organization and environmental design, strengthening the open activity space and green landscape system, so that every living unit can easily enter the landscape activity area. Compared with the cluster greening center, the landscape activity belt running through the front and back of the community has better advantages of sunshine, ventilation, sight and accessibility, which fully guides the outdoor lifestyle communication of the owners and makes the open space of the community become the "outdoor living room" of the owners.

The traffic is convenient and smooth, and it is connected with Yinquan Avenue outside the site through the fire lane in the community, facing Yinquan Avenue in the middle of the site and the main entrance of the community arranged between two shops.

A. The fire lane of the residential area runs through the whole residential area, and is connected with Yinquan Avenue by a main entrance and two secondary entrances, effectively surrounding the buildings in the residential area. Vehicles in the community can enter the community from three entrances and reach their respective buildings through internal peripheral roads. The parking space is designed vertically according to the flat site position, which is convenient for parking, guidance and management of vehicles in all directions.

B. Shops and entrance plazas arranged along the surrounding Yinquan Avenue make shopping more comfortable. The flow of people in the community mainly passes through the three entrances of the community.
