Management and income distribution of common parts of property

The distribution method of the income generated by the property management company using the owner's part is: owned by the owner. China's civil code clearly stipulates that the income generated by the use of the owner's part by the construction unit, property service enterprise or other managers, after deducting reasonable expenses, shall be owned by the owner.
