(2) After the property company was selected by the owners' committee, of course, it obtained the management right of the community according to the contract with the owners' committee.
(3) However, the property management behavior should be supervised by the owners' committee and be responsible to the owners' committee. If the owners' committee thinks that a certain management behavior of the property company violates the contract or does not meet the requirements of the owners' committee, it has the right to request the replacement of the property. If the property is not changed, the owner has no right to change the property company. This is the right granted to the owners by the Property Management Regulations implemented in September 2003 1.
3. "Can there be a community that does not recruit property": Without clear regulations, it is basically impossible.
