The "Measures" pointed out that the "Interim Measures for the Management of Serious Dishonest List of Real Estate Enterprises in Hebei Province" should be strictly implemented, and enterprises with serious dishonesty should be included in the "blacklist" management and announced to the public, and measures such as key supervision, credit restraint and joint punishment should be implemented to form a long-term mechanism for disciplinary action against dishonesty. Formulate credit evaluation methods for property enterprises, establish a credit evaluation system for property enterprises, carry out credit evaluation for property enterprises, and publish the results of credit evaluation for enterprises every year ("red and black list" list) for owners to choose property service enterprises, and strengthen the market elimination mechanism of survival of the fittest.

Hebei Provincial Housing and Construction Department requires enterprises to strengthen industry self-discipline.
