3. Site quality management. For subcontracting, we must not let ourselves drift and strengthen quality management, mainly from the subcontracting scheme. The subcontract construction scheme can only be submitted to the supervisor for examination and approval after being reviewed by the general contractor, and the actual construction should be carried out according to the approved scheme, and can only be submitted to the supervisor for inspection and acceptance after being inspected by the management personnel of the general contractor.

4. On-site safety management. Subcontractor's personnel shall be equipped with corresponding safety officers in site construction, and obey the relevant regulations of site safety management of the general contractor.

5. Data management. The subcontractor shall cooperate with the general contractor in collecting, sorting and archiving data.

6. There should be corresponding reward and punishment measures. The general contractor shall formulate corresponding reward and punishment measures for subcontractors to strengthen on-site management.
