On September 26th, according to the "Dandong Release", in order to better meet the people's reasonable housing needs, the "Autumn House Purchase Month" of Dandong City in 2022, which was hosted by the Dandong Municipal People's Government of Liaoning Province and jointly undertaken by the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the district governments (administrative committees), kicked off on September 26th.

The relevant person in charge of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Dandong City said that the "Autumn House Purchase Month" was held in Dandong City this year, with the purpose of implementing the national and provincial arrangements and requirements for real estate work, encouraging rigid and improved housing consumption in order to support the people's reasonable housing needs, and promoting a virtuous circle of the real estate industry in Dandong City on the premise of adhering to the positioning of "staying and not speculating", achieving stable land prices, stable housing prices and stable expected targets, and resolutely curbing speculative real estate speculation.

According to the activity arrangement, the activity is planned to start on September 26th and end on June 3rd1,lasting for more than one month, which is the longest house transaction activity in Dandong over the years. At the same time, there is no centralized exhibition venue for the event, and the development enterprises will arrange their own exhibitions in the sales office.

According to the regulations, all individuals (excluding enterprise legal persons and other organizations) purchase pre-sale commercial houses newly built by development enterprises that have obtained pre-sale permits or can sign commercial house sales contracts online within the municipal districts (excluding donggang city, Fengcheng and Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County) in the month of purchase (from September 26th to1October 30th, 2022).

The time to apply for housing subsidy starts from 24 October, 65438/kloc-0 and ends on 4 October, 165438/kloc-0. Applicants are required to apply for housing subsidies with application materials from June 24th 10 to June 4th 1 10. Those who fail to apply within the time limit will not be able to enjoy the housing subsidy policy during the event.

According to the relevant person in charge of Dandong Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, all the projects for sale in the urban area of this exhibition participated in the activities.
