The school was renamed Jinyun College.

1900

Yongchuan county magistrate Luo Chongling abolished Jinyun Academy and hired Huang Bingxiang as supervisor. Imitate the Japanese school system, hire Japanese teachers such as Ji Ze Yamamoto and Masao Kanda to offer classics, English, geography and natural history.

"Dayong School" was renamed "Chongqing government separated Yongchuan Middle School".

The school was renamed "Yongchuan Government Middle School".

Began to recruit girls' classes. The school song of Yongchuan Middle School began to be written, and there was a saying, "Lieutenant Colonel Quanchuan advocates the first".

1927

10 In April, 14 students and party member Zhongtian Yue were killed by armed agents of the Kuomintang and dumped at Qinhuai River. In the same month, party member Wu Pingdi, a former student of Class 12, was arrested in Beijing Sichuan Guild Hall. On April 28th, he died heroically with Comrade Li Dazhao, one of the founders of China * * * Production Party.

1939

In order to avoid the Japanese air raid, Yongchuan Junior Middle School was moved to Chen Shi.

1943

There is a student movement in the school against the authorities' innocent detention of student Zhang Tingliao.

1944

Wang, Zhang and others founded the wall newspaper "Storm" and issued the password "Yingjing Underground Fire" to cooperate with the anti-Chiang anti-Japanese activities.

1945

The school has set up a simple normal class to recruit 60 new students.

A private business school with about 40 students was established. The school moved back to its original site from Chenshi.

1947

Yongchuan County Junior Middle School was renamed Yongchuan County Middle School, and Yongzhong was built into a complete middle school. 1950

The school was renamed "Yongchuan Middle School in East Sichuan". Yongchuan Middle School merged with Yongchuan County Girls' Middle School.

Private Yingjing Middle School and private Dayong Senior Business School merged into Yongchuan Middle School. Yongchuan Middle School moved back to the school site of Yingjing Middle School in Tongziao, Yongchuan City from Zhengdong Street.

1953

Yongchuan Middle School in East Sichuan was renamed Yongchuan Middle School in Sichuan Province.

1957

The school has changed from the principal responsibility system to the division responsibility system under the leadership of the party Committee.

1960

The administrative office of Jiangjin District Committee was moved to Yongchuan, and the key schools in Jiangjin area were located in Yongzhong. The school conducted a five-year teaching reform experiment in middle school.

1962

For the first time, the whole district enrolled one class, that is, four classes at level 65.

1964

The school men's volleyball team won the first place in the province and the third place in the national youth volleyball competition.
