Power cables and wires should not be laid on gas pipelines and supports, except cables used for gas pipelines.
The minimum horizontal clear distance between the overhead gas pipeline and the building is 5m in general, and 3m in special cases.
The low distance between the main gas pipeline and the ground should not be less than 6m, and the main gas distributor should not be less than 4.5m Generally, the erection height of the main dirty gas, semi-clean gas and clean gas pipelines of newly built or rebuilt blast furnaces should not be less than 8m, and the clear distance between the bottom of the pipeline and the ground can be less than 6m for small blast furnaces.
Whether or not to set a drainer should be considered according to the specific situation of the pipeline. If a drainer is provided, the discharged condensate should be treated centrally.
The wall thickness of gas pipeline should be measured regularly, and the pipeline anticorrosion file should be established.
Three, natural gas pipeline:
Natural gas pipeline refers to the pipeline that transports natural gas (including associated gas produced in oil fields) from mining areas or treatment plants to urban gas distribution centers or users of industrial enterprises, also known as gas transmission pipeline. Using natural gas pipeline to transport natural gas is the only way to transport natural gas in large quantities on land. In the total length of pipelines in the world, natural gas pipelines account for about half.
Structural features:
(1) pipeline structure: the gas transmission pipeline is assembled by connecting individual pipelines one by one. Modern gas gathering pipelines and gas transmission pipelines are all made of steel pipes connected by electric welding. There are many kinds of steel pipes, such as seamless pipes, spiral pipes and straight pipes. Seamless pipes are suitable for pipes with a diameter of less than 529 mm, and spiral pipes and straight pipes are suitable for large-diameter pipes. The pipe section structure of gathering pipeline is complex, which is internal coating-steel pipe-external insulation layer-thermal insulation (cold preservation) layer; Simple only steel pipe and external insulation layer, inner wall coating and thermal insulation (cold insulation) layer are determined according to gas transmission process.
(3) Pipeline material: Steel pipe is the main material of pipeline. Natural gas conveying steel pipe is a special metallurgical product formed by deep processing of plate (strip). Due to the difference of process technology, the microstructure of pipeline steel from different manufacturers is different. X52 steel was widely used in 1960s. X60 and X65 steel grades were adopted in 1970s; In 1980s and 1990s, X70 steel was mainly used. X80 steel has been used in gas pipelines in some foreign countries. With the continuous development of pipeline steel research, Canada and other countries have laid experimental sections of X 100 and X 120 pipeline steel. X80 pipeline steel was first used in the 7.7 1km test section of Jixian pipeline project in China. Grade X80 pipeline steel with the diameter of 12 19mm is adopted in the second trunk line of west-east gas transmission, and the gas transmission pressure is increased to 12Mpa. Generally speaking, X80 steel has ferrite and bainite dual-phase structure, X 100 pipeline steel has bainite structure, and X 120 pipeline steel has ultra-low carbon bainite and martensite. For natural gas pipeline materials, strength, toughness and weldability are the three most basic quality control indicators.
(3) Pipeline characteristics:
(1) The gas pipeline system is a continuous closed conveying system.
(2) Natural gas is under pressure from transportation, storage to user use.
(2) Due to the small specific gravity of the transported natural gas, the influence of static head is far less than that of liquid. When the design height difference is less than 200 meters, the static head can be ignored, and the line is almost not limited by longitudinal topography.
(4) There is no water hammer hazard in the liquid pipeline.
(5) When the accident happened, it was harmful and spread widely. Once the pipeline breaks, it will release a lot of energy and tear for a long time, and the discharged natural gas will easily cause a fire when it meets an open flame.
