Division of new urban areas

In the early days of liberation, after the abolition of the Baojia system in the Republic of China, there was no street system. The district people's government sent 2 ~ 3 administrative cadres to handle the grass-roots administrative work with the police station as the unit.

In September, 1954, fourth area and the Fifth District People's Government set up Wu Dong Road and Xiba Road Sub-district Offices on a pilot basis respectively.

1955 According to the Regulations on the Organization of Urban Sub-district Offices promulgated by the Central People's Government, 12 Sub-district Offices are set up in new urban areas, including North Street, Yi Xi Road, Taoyuan New Village, Fang Tongji, Xiba Road, Entertainment Market, Dongyi Road, Zhongshan Gate, Shang 'ai Road, Wu Dong Road, Dong Qi Road and Zhongxing Road. Sub-district offices are the agencies of the District People's Committee.

On June 1957, the North Street Sub-district Office was assigned to Lianhu District; Five sub-district offices of Jinmiao Street, Qiangzi Road, Taihua Road, Ermayina Road and Jiefangmen Station in weiyang district are under the new urban area. At the same time, Tongji Square Sub-district Office was abolished, and its jurisdiction was assigned to Yi Xi Road, Taoyuan New Village and Xibalu Sub-district Office, and Taoyuan New Village Sub-district Office was renamed Xiwu Road Sub-district Office.

1958 65438+February, the sub-district offices in the whole district were reorganized and merged into seven sub-district offices, namely Yi Xi Road, Zhongshan Gate, Jiefangmen Road, Xiwu Road, Changle West Road, Qiangzi Road and Taihua Road.

On June 1959, Wu Dong Road Sub-district Office was restored.

1960 in may, the new town was abolished, and Yi Xi road, xiwu road, Wu Dong road, zhongshanmen sub-district office and jiefang sub-district office were placed under the weiyang district new town people's commune; Taihua Road, Qiangzi Road Sub-district Office and Jiefangmen Sub-district Office belong to weiyang district Daming Palace Commune. Changle West Road Sub-district Office belongs to the Changle Commune in Baqiao District.

1July, 962, the organizational system of the new town was restored, with nine sub-district offices, namely Zhongshan Gate, Wu Dong Road, Taihua Road, Qiangzi Road, Hujiamiao, Changle West Road, Jiefangmen Road, Yi Xi Road and Xiwu Road, also called People's Commune, with one set of institutions and two brands.

1965 10, Textile City, Hansenzhai Sub-district Office (Commune) in Baqiao District, and Xujiawan Sub-district Office (Commune) in weiyang district will be incorporated into the new city.

1in August, 968, revolutionary committees were established in various streets, collectively known as people's public sacrifices, and the name of street offices was no longer retained.

1978 12, the name of the Revolutionary Committee of the People's Commune was revoked in each street, and it was changed to a sub-district office.

1April, 1980, Xujiawan Sub-district Office and Textile City Sub-district Office were respectively assigned to weiyang district and Baqiao District.

1982 65438+February, the northern part of Hansenzhai Sub-district Office was set aside, and Changle Middle Road Sub-district Office was established.

The new urban area governs 9 streets: Yi Xi Road Street, Changle Middle Road Street, Zhongshan Gate Street, Hansenzhai Street, Jiefangmen Street, Qiangzi Road Street, Taihua Road Street, Changle West Road Street and Hujiamiao Street. The sub-district office directly under Yi Xi Road governs Minle, Tongde, Red Cross, Plaza, Shangpu, Ping 'an, Sheng Xing, Xinmin, Xisan Road, Hongxing, Shang Ping, Xingle and other 12 communities. Changle Zhonglu Street governs 9 communities: Happiness, Jin Kang, Le Kang, Xiangyang, Wannian, Yellow River, Huashan, Xiguang and Kunlun. Zhongshan Gate Street governs Zhongshan, Xinfeng, Changrenli, Xinzhong, Dongxin, Li Anmin, Dongfeng Square, Nanbeifang, Weimin, Qunce Lane, Playground Lane and Qin Min 12 communities. Hansenzhai Street has jurisdiction over eight communities, namely Xianning, Xiandong, Aimin, Xinyuan, Wanshou, Dongfang, Gong Yuan South Road and Qinchuan, and two administrative villages, namely Hanbei and Hannan. Jiefangmen Street governs six communities: Dong Qi Road, Dongba Road, Shangdemen, Dongdayuan, Liu Xi Road and Huanbei Road. Qiangzi Road Street has jurisdiction over eight communities, namely Qiang Jian, Gong Ming, Linde, Hang Jian, Qifeng, Qiangzi, Xiangrong and Sunshine, and two administrative villages, namely Lianzhi and Qiangzi. Taihua Road Street governs Du Chen Lane, Taihua South Road, Dongtong Village, Tiedong Village, Production Village, Nanguo Shangcun, Hanyuan West Road, Yinhefang, Dongyuan West Road, Bafuzhuang, Hanyuan East Road, Shachang East Street, Shaanxi Cotton No.11 Factory 13 communities, and Shi Jia Street, Bafuzhuang and Hanyuan Hall 3 administrative villages. Changle West Road Street governs Anrenfang, Banjiexiang, Changle, Konka Village, Yongle, Erqi, Xidian Construction, Fourth Medical University, Power Supply Bureau, Xijing Hospital and Provincial Agricultural Machinery Factory, with 1 1 community and 1 new administrative village. Hujiamiao Street governs Ying Ying, Huaqing, Jinhua, Wandong, Chang Ying East Road, Shaanxi Automobile, Shaanxi Construction Machinery, Zhu Xi, Shaanxi Machinery Office, Xidian Design, Xidian 1 1 6 communities, and five administrative villages, namely Hu Jiayi Village, Hujiaer Village, Nanzhangjiazhuang, Beijiangjiazhuang and Sanfuwan.
