The maintenance personnel in the management office are responsible for the regular maintenance of the water pump.

4. content.

1), domestic water pump and air conditioning water pump shall be inspected and maintained once a week and comprehensively maintained once every six months.

2), fire pump and spray pump run once a month, pressure pump run once a year in February. Second trial run? The running time is 10- 15 minutes. When the fire pump is started, the spray range of the fire hydrant outlet at the top of the pipe network is more than 6M, and comprehensive maintenance is conducted once every six months.

3), sewage pump, submersible pump once every six months for a comprehensive maintenance.

4) When maintaining the water pump, the valves and excitation meter tubes within 2m connected to the pump body shall be maintained at the same time as the pump.

5) Maintenance of pump body.

(1) Check that the pump body should be free from damage, the nameplate should be in good condition, the water flow direction should be clear, the appearance should be neat, and the paint should be in good condition.

(2) Replenish lubricating oil. If the oil changes color and contains impurities, it should be replaced.

(3) Check the packing seal. If there is water leakage, add or replace the asbestos rope packing.

(4) If the connecting bolts and rubber pads of the coupling are damaged, they should be replaced.

(5) Tighten the base screw and do rust prevention treatment.

(6) Due to the frequent operation of domestic water pump and air conditioning water pump, the bearings at both ends of the coupling should be removed for cleaning or replacement every year.

6), motor maintenance

(1) The visual inspection shall be neat, the nameplate shall be in good condition, and the grounding wire shall be well connected.

(2) Dismantle the lug in the motor junction box, and test the insulation resistance between phases and relative ground of the motor winding with a 500V megohmmeter, which shall be no less than 0.5 megohmmeter.

(3) The three-phase wires and connectors in the motor junction box shall be firm and fastened.

7) Maintenance of related valves, pipelines and accessories

(1) Each valve switch should be close to the river, and there is no leakage inside and outside.

(2) The check valve should be flexible, and there is no water leakage inside and outside the valve body.

(3) The pressure gauge indicates accurately and the dial is clear.

(4) Pipes and accessories shall be neat and beautiful in appearance, free from cracks, and the paint shall be complete without falling off.

(5) inching to determine whether the pump steering is correct, and if it is wrong, it should be corrected.

8) Maintenance of control cabinet

(1) Disconnect the main power supply of the control cabinet, check all the change-over switches, and the start-stop button should be flexible and reliable.

(2) Check whether the air switches, contactors, relays and other electrical appliances in the cabinet are in good condition, and tighten the wiring screws of the contact wires and terminals of each electrical appliance.

(3) Clean the dust inside and outside the control cabinet.

(4) Turn on the main power supply and check that the power indicator light should be normal.

9)、? Start the water pump after maintenance, and observe whether the ammeter and indicator light are normal.

10), observe that the water pump should run smoothly without obvious vibration and abnormal sound, the pressure excitation meter indicates normal, and the electrical appliances in the control cabinet have no bad noise.

Second, the submersible sewage pump maintenance and maintenance

Due to the particularity of the working environment of the submersible sewage pump, in order to ensure the normal use and life of the submersible sewage pump, regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out:

1. Replace the sealing ring: After long-term use in sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, resulting in a decrease in the flow and efficiency of the pump. Turn off the switch, lift the water pump, remove the bottom cover, remove the sealing ring, and match the sealing ring according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring. The gap is generally about 0.5 mm.

2. When the submersible sewage pump is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and hoisted in a ventilated and dry place, and pay attention to antifreeze. If you put it in water, run for at least 30 minutes every 15 days? (Can't dry grind)? Check its function and adaptability.

3. Check the cable at least once a year. If it is damaged, please replace it.

4, check at least once a year-? -Secondary motor insulation and fastening screws. If the motor insulation drops, please find someone to repair it. If the fastening screws are loose, please tighten them again.

5. Before leaving the factory, the submersible sewage pump has been injected with proper amount of engine oil to lubricate the mechanical seal. Engine oil should be checked once a year. If water is found in the engine oil, drain the water, replace the engine oil, replace the gasket and tighten the plug. After three weeks, it must be re-examined. If the oil is emulsified again, check the mechanical seal and replace it if necessary.

6. If the submersible sewage pump runs out of order, please follow the troubleshooting methods given. If it still cannot be solved and the reason cannot be determined, don't dismantle and repair it indiscriminately, and find someone to repair it immediately.
