Step 1: Confirm the charging conditions. The most critical step in the installation of electric vehicle charging piles is the confirmation of charging conditions. 1. After the user signs the car purchase intention agreement with the car manufacturer or 4S shop, the user shall go through the formalities for confirming the charging conditions of the car purchase. At this time, the materials to be provided include:

(1) car purchase intention agreement;

(2) the identity certificate of the applicant;

(three) proof of the property right or the right to use the fixed parking space;

(4) Application for installing electric vehicle charging equipment in parking spaces (with the consent of the property seal);

(5) Parking space (garage) plan (or site environment photos).

2. After accepting the user's application and verifying the authenticity and integrity of the user's data, the automobile production enterprise or 4S shop will go to the site with the power supply company to conduct electricity consumption and construction feasibility exploration according to the agreed exploration time.

3. The power supply company is responsible for confirming the user's power supply conditions and completing the preparation of the preliminary feasibility plan for power consumption of self-use charging facilities.

4. The automobile manufacturer or 4S shop is responsible for confirming the feasibility of charging facilities construction, and together with the power supply company, it will issue a confirmation letter of charging conditions for new energy passenger cars within 7 working days.

Step 2: Power supply scheme application. After the user formally signs the car purchase contract, he can entrust the automobile manufacturer or 4S shop to apply to the marketing department (customer service center) of the local power supply company for installing the cable. The marketing department (customer service center) of the power supply company will formally reply to the power supply plan within 7 working days. Users should go through the confirmation formalities at the marketing department (customer service center) of the power supply company within the validity period.

Step 3: Installation and construction. After the user officially obtains the confirmation of the power supply scheme, the automobile manufacturer or 4S shop will organize the construction of charging facilities. The selection of charging pile equipment should meet the relevant national requirements, but the charging facilities construction enterprises selected by different automobile companies will be different. The construction of charging facilities excluding civil works should be completed within 3 working days.

Step 4: Check and accept the application. After the construction of charging facilities is completed, users need to apply to the marketing department (customer service center) of the local power supply company for acceptance. After the acceptance of the project and the relevant formalities (signing the power supply contract), the power supply company will complete the work of installing meters and connecting electricity within 5 working days. During the whole process, the power company does not charge any fees.
