Procedures for applying for a parking permit:

1. Units with parking demand and site conditions shall apply to the local traffic police department for motor vehicle parking and obtain the approval form for motor vehicle parking.

2. The applicant will fill in the items in the approval form column by column, draw a schematic diagram, build official seal and return it to the district traffic police department.

3. After receiving the application approval form, the district traffic police department shall immediately go to the site for on-the-spot investigation, planning and identification, and put forward opinions and report to the municipal traffic police department. Do not meet the bidding conditions should be returned immediately and explain the reasons.

4. The municipal traffic police department will refer to the overall planning of the city's parking lot and local traffic conditions, and determine the number of parking spaces, parking methods and parking time of the parking lot in accordance with relevant technical specifications. Notify the applicant to mark the berth and set the parking sign according to the examination and approval requirements, and go through the corresponding occupation procedures at the Urban Management Bureau.

5. After passing the acceptance by the municipal and district traffic police departments, motor vehicle parking permits will be issued. The parking lot shall be subject to the daily supervision and management of relevant departments, and the license shall be verified once a year.

Information required for applying for parking lot operation:

1, land use right transfer contract, lease contract, land red line map, and property entrusted management contract;

2. Construction Land Planning Permit, Construction Project Planning Permit, Construction Project Construction Permit and Construction Project Completion Acceptance Certificate;

3, building fire certificate;

4. Planning and design of parking lot traffic facilities;

5. Acceptance opinions of parking lot;

6. Application form for operating parking lot, information collection form of parking lot management unit, applicant's business license and tax registration.

7. The power of attorney of the person in charge of the parking lot must be signed and authorized by the legal person of the unit, and provide a copy of the ID card of the person in charge, the power of attorney of the legal person (the authorized person), the legal person certificate and the ID card of the agent.

8. Registration form of professional inspectors in parking lot, copy of ID card of inspectors, copy of residence permit and one-inch color photo of uniforms.

The establishment of operating public parking lots requires industrial and commercial registration and tax registration, and shall be filed with the price department. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall conduct on-site inspection of the parking lot, check the entrance and exit of the parking lot, berth setting and traffic organization in the parking lot, and issue the Opinions on On-site Inspection of Urban Parking Lot.
