Help real estate enterprises to tide over the difficult period of epidemic prevention and ensure the orderly delivery of personal housing mortgage loans in our city; Enterprises seriously affected by the epidemic have difficulty in repaying debts due, and can extend the period. Banks and insurance institutions should make every effort to provide financial services to individuals affected by the epidemic, and rationally adjust personal credit repayment arrangements for individuals who have difficulties in repayment due to the epidemic.

Increase support for housing provident fund. Real estate enterprises can apply for holdover of housing provident fund before June 30, 2020 according to the regulations, and the deposit time during the holdover period is calculated continuously, which does not affect the normal withdrawal and application of housing provident fund loans by employees. Enterprises seriously affected by the epidemic can decide the proportion of housing provident fund deposit before June 30, 2020 on the premise of full consultation with employees.

Reduce corporate tax burden. Real estate enterprises affected by the epidemic can apply for deferred tax declaration. If it is difficult to pay taxes on time, the enterprise shall apply for an extension of tax payment according to law, which shall not exceed 3 months at the longest. The final settlement time of value-added tax and enterprise income tax was postponed to June 30, 2020.

Implement special subsidies for property service enterprises.
