Do I have to stop supplying if I don't pay the heating fee?

Heating fee declaration and stop process

1. The customer holds the original property right certificate and the original owner's ID card to apply to the customer service center of Thermal Power Corporation and fill in the registration form for stopping heating business.

2. There is no default of heating fee for the house where the customer applies for stopping heating.

3. The customer shall pay the shutdown working hours and related expenses according to the standards approved by the price department.

4. All the houses that customers apply for stopping supplying need to be stopped, and partial stopping supplying and dismantling are not allowed.

5. Customers with decoration or other obstacles around heating facilities must dismantle them themselves.

6. After the supply is stopped, it will not affect the heating of other customers.
