Excellent summary of community construction work

In recent years, while doing a good job in the construction of three civilizations and promoting urban construction, our bureau has actively participated in various community construction work and achieved initial results. Our method is:

First, improve the network, support community building, and form a joint force.

Our bureau recognizes that it is not enough for community construction to rely solely on the party Committee and government. To do a good job in community construction, we must obtain the full support of the units stationed in the district. Only by actively playing the role of resident units can we provide effective support for community construction.

First of all, our bureau took the lead in establishing and perfecting the community construction network. In May, 20001year, our bureau took the lead in helping Chengxi Neighborhood Committee to set up a joint meeting of community party building and a construction management committee, and the main person in charge of the bureau was elected as "~ Chairman", helping Chengxi Neighborhood Committee to set up six leading groups, including community service, urban management, civilized construction, family planning, comprehensive management and party and government education, and defined the work responsibilities of each leading group. We often call the heads of leading group member units to attend joint meetings to study and solve problems encountered in community construction. In 2003, our bureau, together with the Housing Authority, helped the Chengxi Neighborhood Committee to set up an owners' management committee, and elected a deputy director of our bureau as the president to organize owners to carry out activities regularly, which provided organizational guarantee for strengthening the property management in residential areas.

Secondly, our bureau pays attention to strengthening contact and communication with local communities. Often take the initiative to communicate with the community neighborhood committees on the work dynamics of both sides, strengthen understanding and communication, and ventilate in advance, cooperate with each other and benefit each other in the arrangement of major activities. Through regular contact and communication, the distance between us and the neighborhood committees has been shortened, and our feelings have been strengthened, forming a community work atmosphere close to home, and also initially forming a benign mechanism for community construction.

Third, our bureau pays attention to cultivating the community awareness of all resident units and community residents. Because "~" has nothing to do with community member units, it can only be solved through organization and coordination. As a member and lead unit of "~", our Construction Bureau has done some work in this respect. While doing a good job in the development and utilization of community resources, through publicity and mobilization, let all organs, enterprises, institutions, mass organizations and residents in the jurisdiction participate in the management of community affairs, solve the social affairs faced by the community, let everyone have a sense of responsibility and mission to participate in community construction, and form an atmosphere of "one for all, one for all".

The second is to give full play to the advantages and support the community construction of the * * * building.

Based on the principle of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, co-construction and sharing, and common development", we will actively explore new measures and methods to support community construction and jointly build a community construction platform with the community.

First, ideological work should be done together to cultivate civilized residents. The quality of community residents is an important content of community construction. There are more than 1000 employees and their families in the community, which has a great influence on the quality construction of all members of the community. To this end, our bureau has conscientiously publicized and implemented the Outline of Civic Morality Construction and other documents, carried out in-depth education on patriotism, collectivism and socialism, social morality, professional ethics and family virtues, and strengthened quality education for employees, so that they can influence and drive their families and friends to improve their quality. Through a series of work, the moral awareness of all staff members has been significantly enhanced, and their comprehensive quality has been further improved, which has become an important force in maintaining social morality in the community.

The second is to do community service and work hard to strengthen service facilities. In 200 1 year, our bureau initiated a coordination meeting with 60 member units in the community, discussed the principles, methods and contents of community activities, and established "one team, one base and four centers", thus establishing and perfecting the service carrier of the community. In order to solve the problem of community residents' activity venues, our bureau has determined five venues for residents' morning exercise, assembly, cultural and sports activities, medical care, education and training after consultation with relevant units. For example, in solving residents' morning exercises, our bureau instructed the garden department to contact three property management offices in the community to open the park to residents free of charge, and built residents' morning exercises in Xiyuan Community, Hengyang Road Community and Shangwan Community respectively, and invested more than 2,000 yuan to purchase some facilities.

Third, jointly create a living environment and strive to build a civilized community. In the first half of 2002, it was reported that Runde Road had no street lamps and the sewers were impassable. Contact nearly 10 member units such as cocoon and silk company and traffic police brigade in time to raise nearly 30,000 yuan for rebuilding roads, building sewers, setting up street lamps and greening. Through the transformation, Runde Road has taken on a new look, and residents along the road are very satisfied. The road was also rated as a civilized road by the county. In the past, due to insufficient infrastructure and poor management, the lighting in Xiyuan Community was not bright, the roads were uneven, the sewers were not systematic, and the garbage was dumped indiscriminately, which made a lot of progress. Our bureau and the Housing Authority take the lead in comprehensively improving the living environment. Paving the road, setting up street lamps, setting up garbage bins and greening were all completed within one month, so the community was rated as an excellent property management community in the province.

Third, increase infrastructure investment and support community building.

As an important functional department of the county government, our construction bureau is closely related to the production and life of urban residents and the vital interests of the community. In recent years, we have seized the opportunity of the construction of new urban areas, combined with the requirements of community environmental improvement, and insisted on planning as the leader, construction as the focus and management as the key to accelerate the pace of urban construction in an all-round way. In terms of planning, experts from provinces and cities are invited to prepare the overall planning of the county, the planning of urban green space system, the detailed planning of main streets, key road sections and residential quarters, and strictly plan the examination and approval behavior, so that all constructions are implemented in accordance with the established plan. In terms of construction, a large amount of urban construction funds have been raised through investment promotion, social construction and urban operation. In recent years, without using a penny of county finance, 450 million yuan has been raised, and two parks, seven main roads, nine residential quarters and nearly 20 branch roads have been built successively. Focusing on the greening of residential areas and courtyard greening, 40 hectares of new green areas have been built, and a number of advanced greening units such as post and telecommunications residential areas and power supply residential areas have been built.

The above report is the main practice of our bureau in community construction. Although some things have been done, there is still a big gap compared with the expectations of higher party committees, governments and the masses. However, we believe that with the careful guidance of the higher-level Party committee and government and the close cooperation of community members, our county's community construction work will certainly achieve greater results.
