Housing inspection is a necessary step before construction. Although the house delivered by the developer has passed the construction technical acceptance. However, many situations that affect the decoration construction do not belong to the scope of house delivery and completion acceptance. So we have to do it ourselves and give the house a comprehensive physical examination.

? Gate inspection

Tool: Your own eyes.

1. See if the paint at the gate is scratched; (Record the location of scratches and take photos of the bottom)

2. Check whether the door lock is easy to use, open it twice with the key, and try whether the key can open the door smoothly. (If the key is not easy to open, you need to record it)

3. Feel whether the door handle is stable, and record it if it is loose. (Handle looseness should be recorded)?

4. Switch the door leaf back and forth to see if there will be abnormal sound when opening and closing the door. (It is necessary to record the abnormal sound of the door)

5. The height of the door bottom frame from the ground is measured with a tape measure. If it is less than 3 cm, it needs to be recorded, because it will affect the subsequent construction of floor tiles or floors.

? Window inspection

1. See if the window can be opened and closed normally;

2. See if the window handle is loose; ?

3. Check whether the slide rail or support rod of the window is damaged or rusted.

Wall and floor inspection

1. Empty drum inspection

Tools: Empty Drum Hammer

Inspection operation method: the hollow hammer can be stretched to a suitable length, so that the small iron ball at the front end of the hollow hammer touches the wall, and then the arm is swung to make the hollow hammer slide at every position on the wall. After hearing the empty sound, tap the iron ball at the front end of the empty drum hammer to confirm. After confirmation, mark it with a marker circle.

Ps: The ground inspection operation is the same as the wall surface, and the kitchen, bathroom, life balcony and other places that need to be tiled are not spared. Check one by one.

2. Crack and crack inspection

Cracks may appear in all walls and floors. Cracks are often caused by empty drums, but they may also be separate cracks. First, record the cracks on the ground, and the property personnel cut the sand ash at the cracks with a cutting machine to see if there are only sand ash cracks or cast-in-place slab cracks. Cracks in sand and ash do not need special treatment, and cracks in cast-in-place slabs need to be repaired.

Drainage pipe inspection

Tools: keg, mineral water bottle, water?

Check the position of drain pipes and floor drains, and check whether the flushing is smooth. If there is any blockage, record and handle it.

Line inspection

Inspection operation method: insert the inspector into each socket like a plug, and compare it with the table according to the illumination of the inspector. Don't miss every socket, because there have been cases where air-conditioning sockets have no wires on the construction site, so it is better to check them.

Inlet pipe inspection

Tools: pliers, rubber plugs

Operation method: first close the main water valve, then open all plugs, then open the main water valve, and check the outlet of each water inlet pipe. Finally, close the main water valve, replace it with a new rubber plug and tighten it. (This operation is not complicated, but it is complicated because there are many plugs. Check it according to your own situation. The water pressure is normal when it is pressed during construction, and the water pipe is blocked after moving in, because the embedded parts of the water inlet pipe are blocked during civil construction. )

Hydraulic inspection

Tools: press

Operation method: first, close the main water valve to make the hydraulic device communicate with the cold water inlet; Then open the main water valve to fill the water pipe, and fill almost two-thirds of the water in the iron frame of the press; Then close the main water valve and press the suction rod up and down to make the pressure pointer reach the position of 0.8 MPa. Wait half an hour. If the pressure drops within 0.5 MPa within half an hour, it is considered qualified. Please loosen the pressure relief valve first and then take off the pipe, so that the water column will not rush out. The tools needed for water pressure inspection are expensive and will not be used often. In addition, it is not recommended to check it yourself because the operation is more complicated. It is recommended to be inspected by the electrician of the decorator. )

Yin-Yang Angle Deviation Inspection

Some friends like to check with right-angle instruments. Personally, I think that the angle of Yin and Yang is a long strip, and the right angle meter can only check one point, so it is not recommended to check the angle of Yin and Yang with the right angle meter. )

Ground flatness inspection

Summary: Items 1 to 7 are common and necessary inspections. After the eighth and ninth inspections, everyone knows what to do. Because most of the angles of yin and yang are not straight during civil construction, the flatness of the ground can not reach the level of installing the floor. Therefore, there will be a process of wall treatment using plastic strips with yin and yang corners and leveling the ground.
