Reason:

This certificate has been abolished due to the cancellation of the Ministry of Construction (changed to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development). All localities are still applying for certificates, which basically belongs to the policy of cheating money.

At present, the only certificate of property management is registered property manager. In April, the certificate was issued, and the state delegated power to China Property Management Institute.

Introduction of Registered Property Manager: Registered Property Manager refers to obtaining the Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Property Manager through the national unified examination organized by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and then registering with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to obtain the Registration Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Property Manager, which is valid for 3 years.
