The Department of Property Management is the Department of Building Economic Management and the Department of Information Engineering Management, covering more than ten majors, including property management, building intelligent technology, municipal engineering, building management, information engineering, international business, environmental engineering, business English, law, secretarial, etc. Among them, the major of property management was rated as the pilot major of municipal teaching reform. The college has full-time and part-time teachers 105, including 66 full-time teachers, all with bachelor degree or above, and 42 professors and associate professors. The school unswervingly implements the party's education policy, always follows the school-running tenet of "teaching by quality, promoting education through scientific research, innovating teaching and establishing education by quality", manages scientifically, pays attention to quality and runs its own characteristics. For two consecutive years, it has achieved the entrance rate of college entrance examination and the employment rate of graduates 100%, which has won wide recognition and praise from the society. Since 2002, the school has been approved by the Social Security Department of Shandong Province and the Construction Department of Shandong Province as a professional qualification training base for property managers (divisions) and a post training point for department managers of construction enterprises with secondary qualifications, with an annual training of 800- 1000 people.
