My residential property does not implement the new electricity price according to the documents. How can I protect my rights?

If you are a power customer of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, according to Article 19 of the Measures for the Supervision of Power Supply, the power supply enterprise shall strictly implement the national electricity price policy, and charge the users the electricity fee according to the electricity price approved by the state or the market transaction price and the records of the electricity metering devices legally recognized by the metrological verification institutions. Therefore, the power supply enterprise is only the executive unit of electricity price, and has no right to set or change electricity price.

If you are a direct supplier of non-power supply units and find the disorderly price increase behavior in the previous power supply link, I suggest you contact the local consumer association or the price bureau to reflect it.
