What if there are two property companies in a community?

According to Article 33 of the Property Management Regulations:

A property management area is managed by a property service enterprise.

Please note that the property management area here refers to an area that can be divided separately, not a named community.

Now there are some communities with an area of hundreds of millions of square meters. It will develop in stages. It is very likely that an area will be formed in the first stage. There can be a property management company.

If the second phase can also form a separate management area, it can be another property company.

To sum up, if your community is only a single management area and the area involved is not large, then there should be only one property management company. If the management area is large and the use scope of the owners is different, it is normal to have two property management companies.
