Greening transformation of parking spaces in civil code community

The green space within the building division belongs to all owners. The property management company changed the original green space in the residential area into a parking space, which belongs to the act of changing the ancillary facilities in the building division. It shall be approved by more than two thirds of the owners or the owners' congress. Article 274 of the Civil Law stipulates that the roads within the building division belong to the owners, except those belonging to urban roads. The green space within the building division belongs to the owner, except for urban public green space or express personal green space. Other public places, public facilities and property services within the building division are owned by the owner.
