(four) the real estate administrative department is responsible for urging the construction unit to do a good job in the warranty of houses and facilities during the warranty period;

(five) the natural resources and planning department is responsible for reviewing the planning and design scheme of construction projects, and auditing the scale of property management houses according to the prescribed standards;

(six) the comprehensive administrative law enforcement department of urban management is responsible for investigating and handling the problems that water supply, gas supply, heating and other units have not fulfilled their maintenance responsibilities according to law;

(seven) the civil air defense department is responsible for guiding and supervising the maintenance and management of civil air defense projects and facilities within the property management area;

(8) The market supervision and management department is responsible for regulating and supervising the charging behavior of property services, investigating and handling arbitrary charges and price hikes in property management according to law, conducting safety supervision on elevators, mechanical parking equipment, boilers, pressure vessels and other special equipment within the property management area, and investigating and handling illegal acts in the installation, renovation, maintenance and use of special equipment according to law;

(9) Fire rescue agencies and public security police stations shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, investigate and deal with acts that violate fire laws and regulations, such as damage, misappropriation, unauthorized removal and deactivation of fire control facilities and equipment, or occupation, blockage and closure of fire truck passages, evacuation passages and safety exits. Three. Article 28 is amended as: "Before the owners' meeting selects a realty service enterprise, the construction unit shall select a realty service enterprise, sign a prophase realty service contract, and file it with the county (city, district) real estate administrative department where the realty project is located. The "measures" of Baoding city property management shall be revised according to this decision and the serial number of the provisions shall be adjusted accordingly, and shall be re-promulgated.
