Must the identity of the master be the master, if the master is a son or a daughter?

Paragraph 2 of Article 16 stipulates that the members of the owners' committee shall be owners who are enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings, have a strong sense of responsibility and have certain organizational ability.

Therefore, the identity of the members of the owners' committee must be the owners, and the owners are sons or daughters. If you don't have the identity of the owner, you are not qualified to participate in the election of the owners' Committee, let alone become a member of the owners' Committee.
