The charging standard for public service level of property management in residential quarters is (according to the interior construction area):

Grade I: 0.50-0.80 yuan per square construction area per month;

Grade II: 0.40-0.60 yuan per square construction area per month;

Grade III: 0.25-0.35 yuan per square construction area per month;

Grade 4, 0. 15-0.25 yuan per square construction area per month.

Residential buildings equipped with elevators shall go through elevator procedures on a voluntary basis. 5 yuan for permanent residents and 0. 10 yuan for temporary visitors each time.

According to the rating, the property management enterprise puts forward an application for charging to the municipal price department, fills in the Jinan Property Management Service Charge Declaration Form in duplicate, and attaches the qualification certificate, business license and other relevant information, and can charge only after being approved by the municipal price department. Confirmed by the civil affairs department to enjoy the minimum living guarantee of the family by no more than four charges. The service fee for office and commercial buildings in residential areas can be higher than that in the same area, and the office building should not exceed100%; Commercial housing shall not exceed 200%.

: If there is a special parking lot in the property area, the storage fee will be charged according to the prescribed standard (the standard is attached). If there is no special parking space, a parking line will be set aside and parking fees will be charged without affecting the public order in the property area. The parking fee belongs to all owners, which is specially used to make up for the shortage of public service fees and shall not be used for other purposes.
