In order to ensure the peace of holidays, we need to follow the following decoration construction time regulations. Please understand and abide by these regulations and create a quiet and harmonious living environment.

1 Avoid noise disturbing neighbors

On legal rest days, holidays and some working days, please avoid renovation activities that may cause noise in the completed residential buildings, so as not to disturb neighbors.

Construction on Sundays and Saturdays is prohibited.

The renovation time of most ordinary residential quarters is from 9: 00 a.m. to 9: 00 p.m. 12 and from 9: 00 p.m. 14 to 7: 30 p.m./kloc-0. In some loosely managed communities, noise-free construction is allowed on Saturdays and absolutely forbidden on Sundays, unless it is a community that has not yet been delivered for use.

3 Complain about safeguarding owners' rights and interests

If owners are found to be carrying out renovation work within the forbidden time, they can complain to the property management office, and they will come forward to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the owners.

Legal basis: Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution clearly points out that in the concentrated area of noise-sensitive buildings in urban areas, unless there are special needs and relevant certificates, it is forbidden to carry out construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution at night. Violators will face punishment.
