Why is the underground garage damp?

There are several reasons why the underground garage is so humid:

(1) structural leakage, especially in the newly-built building, the soil is wet and the water evaporation is incomplete, which leads to indoor humidity.

(2) Bricks and paints contain moisture. After completion, the indoor humidity is caused by incomplete evaporation of water.

(3) the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is large, resulting in humidity.

If it is the vehicle loss caused by water leakage in the underground garage, it is the responsibility of the developer. If the service is still within the warranty period, the developer will unconditionally deal with the water leakage problem and compensate for the loss of the vehicle. However, if the warranty period expires, the owner can only repair the vehicle out of his own pocket, and the water leakage problem still needs to be solved by the property.

There are many ways to solve the damp in underground garage, such as:

(1) When decorating, do a good job of moistureproof and keep the garage in a proper humidity.

② Using dehumidifier, the equipment of dehumidifier can be determined according to the area of underground garage to ensure dehumidification efficiency.

③ Strengthen ventilation, which can reduce the humidity of the garage.
