Functions of property management companies

The property management company is entrusted by the owner to carry out maintenance, conservation and management of residential houses and their supporting facilities, equipment and related sites in accordance with the service contract signed with the owner, and to maintain the environmental sanitation and order in the relevant areas.

The salary standard and financial status of the property company are subject to the supervision and inspection of the owners' committee.
