Tianshan District belongs to the old city of Urumqi, with a large population, developed commerce and trade, and great mobility of personnel. The risk of aerosol transmission in this round of epidemic is high. 142 high school risk communities are staggered and closely related to many low-risk communities, many of which are only separated by a wall. If the mobility of personnel is high, the risk of cross-infection will inevitably increase.

Recently, in the routine nucleic acid detection in Tianshan District, infection cases of material suppliers and community workers have been found one after another. According to epidemiological investigation, their activity track involves many low-risk communities. In order to prevent the epidemic from spreading further, strict community control measures have been taken.

In short, considering the above factors, we have strengthened the control measures for low-risk residential areas in Tianshan District, mainly to reduce social mobility and reduce the risk of epidemic spread, which objectively brought a lot of inconvenience to residents in Tianshan District. Please be more understanding, understanding and support, and work harder and harder with us to get back to normal production and life as soon as possible.

Of course, with the further improvement of the epidemic prevention and control situation, we have made arrangements for expanding the orderly flow of low-risk areas tonight. On the basis of gradually restoring social mobility in other key urban areas, from tomorrow (September 12):

First, residents of all medium-risk communities in Tianshan District can go downstairs for activities, but the measures of "leaving the community" are implemented.

Secondly, residents of all low-risk residential areas in Tianshan District can go out for community activities according to the principle of "voucher, limited time and peak shifting", but cross-regional mobility is restricted.

Third, if the organs, enterprises and institutions in all low-risk communities in the city really need to resume their offices, the staff can go to work "point to point"; If you work in a closed office, you can return to low-risk residential areas "point-to-point".
