The house has been vacant for a long time. Do I still need to pay the property fee?

According to Article 944 of the Civil Law, the owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider as agreed. If the property service provider has provided services in accordance with the agreement and relevant regulations, the owner shall not refuse to pay the property fee on the grounds that he has not accepted or does not need to accept the relevant property services. In other words, even if the owner does not move in, he still needs to pay the property fee, because although the house is vacant, the management salary and service of the community security and cleaning company have been going on, so the owner has to pay the property fee.

Property fees are required, but the payment ratio is 50% to 70%, and the charging ratio is determined according to the documents issued by the local government.

Generally, the unfurnished pure embryo room pays 50%, and the decorated one pays 70%. It is necessary to provide a detailed statement of water and electricity for six months to prove that it is uninhabited.
