About company registration?

When choosing a residence (business premises), attention should be paid to:

1. If the domicile (business premises) applied for registration is a residence, villa or apartment, the registration authority will not register it.

If the applicant uses the documents issued by the relevant government departments to register the illegal building areas, requisition areas, demolition areas and bungalows in the areas that the county government explicitly refuses to register, the registration authority shall not register them.

The registration authority shall not register the houses that are planned for commercial use on the ground floor of residential buildings that apply for registration for catering services, song and dance entertainment, Internet service places, production, processing and manufacturing, and accommodation.

2. If the residence (business premises) applying for registration has obtained the house ownership certificate, a copy of the house ownership certificate sealed by the property right unit or signed by the property right owner shall be submitted.

3. If the residence (business premises) applying for registration has not obtained the house ownership certificate, the following certificates shall be issued according to different situations:

(1) Submit the house ownership certificate issued by the Housing Authority or the local government and the certificate that the house ownership certificate is being processed.

(2) If the house is a newly purchased commercial house, submit a copy of the purchase contract and purchase invoice signed or sealed by the purchaser, and a copy of the pre-sale permit of the commercial house stamped with the official seal of the real estate developer.

(3) If the house is a leased commercial house, or if the developer takes the developed commercial house as a residence (business place), submit a copy of the developer's house pre-sale permit and business license.

(4) For self-built houses, submit a copy of the record form for completion acceptance sealed by the Construction Committee.

(5) If the house is located in the Science Park (Development Zone), the county government or its authorized department shall issue the house ownership certificate.

(six) if the house of the institution directly under the central government is used as a residence (business premises), the housing management department of the institution directly under the central government shall issue a certificate of the use of the house to prove that the house is not a residence.

(7) If the houses of various ministries and commissions in the State Council are used as residences (business premises), the house management department of the State Council Municipal Bureau of Organs and Affairs shall issue a certificate of house use, and prove that the house does not belong to the residential category.

(8) If the house of a central enterprise is used as a residence (business premises), the housing management department of the enterprise shall issue a certificate of the use of the house and prove that the house is not a residence.

(9) If the house of the railway system is used as a residence (business premises), the housing management department of Beijing Railway Bureau shall issue a house use certificate to prove that the house is not a residence.

(10) If the non-teaching rooms in primary and secondary schools are used as residences (business premises), the district and county education committees shall issue opinions on agreeing to operate them.

4. The housing provider is an enterprise with the right to operate the leased house approved by the registration authority, and shall submit a copy of the business license and the title certificate stamped with the official seal.

5. Where a hotel, guest house or restaurant (hotel) is the domicile (business premises), a copy of the business license stamped with its official seal shall be submitted.

6, the use of civil air defense projects as residential (business premises), submit the civil air defense administrative departments for examination and approval of the "declaration form" and the fire department agreed to use the copy of the certificate.

7. If the property right is military real estate, a copy of the Military Real Estate Lease License stamped with the special seal of China People's Liberation Army Real Estate Administration shall be submitted.
