1, if you don't pay the property fee, you will generally decide to pay the property fee.

2. The law clearly stipulates that the owner shall pay the property service fee according to the property service contract.

3. If the owner fails to pay the property fee as agreed in the contract and is sued by the property management company, the people's court shall order the owner to pay the property fee as soon as possible after hearing the property fee dispute. After the judgment comes into effect, the property management company may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution. If the owner has a deposit in the bank, the people's court can directly deduct it from the bank card after taking compulsory measures, and the bank will handle the deduction procedures for the property management company.
